FGUC COMMUNITY SPIRIT GATHERING

NOVEMBER 23, 5:30 – 7:30 PM

The evening went well with the theme “Be A Helping Hero”. There were approximately 50 in attendance and there was a good mix of people from FGUC, the community, and Family Dynamics.
There was a photo booth showing superheroes, an obstacle course, discussions about what characteristics make a helping hero, and we made “blessing bags” for 1Just City’s
“Just a Warm Sleep” program which contained socks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.
Thanks to the folks who planned this event, and to the volunteers who came out that evening to help!

The next one will be a “Leap Day Party” on February 29.
